Digital Product Policy

All products sold on LatestImage (including ebooks, prompt guides, and digital downloads) are non‑refundable. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, we cannot offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Why No Refunds?

After purchase, you receive immediate access to the full PDF and any related updates. There is no way to “return” a digital file, and we cannot verify that it has been deleted. Therefore, all sales are final.

Exceptions (Very Limited)

In rare cases, we may consider a refund if:

  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice – contact us within 24 hours.
  • You did not receive the download link after 2 hours and we cannot resolve the issue.
  • Your purchase was fraudulent or unauthorized (requires verification).

All refund requests are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis and granted solely at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund (if applicable)

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a detailed explanation. We will respond within 3 business days.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent account suspension and denial of future purchases. We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks with evidence of delivery.
